1. Booking Confirmation

All flight bookings and holiday packages arranged through We are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline or supplier.

A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment or the required deposit has been received and tickets have been issued.

Passengers are responsible for reviewing all booking details upon receipt. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours.

2. Ticketing, Deposits & Payments

  • All flight tickets and holiday packages are non-changeable and non-refundable unless otherwise permitted by airline fare rules.
  • All deposits paid towards flights or holidays are strictly non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid within the specified deadline.
  • Failure to pay the balance may result in automatic cancellation of the booking with loss of deposit.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform us once payment has been made.

3. Fare Quotes

All fare quotations are subject to availability and airline fare rules at the time of ticket issuance.

Prices may change due to:

  • Airline fare updates
  • Tax adjustments
  • Seat availability
A quoted fare is not guaranteed until the ticket has been issued.

4. Ticket Issuance

Tickets are normally issued:

  • Within 48–72 hours after full payment
  • Within 12–24 hours for next-day travel

Passengers must contact us if tickets are not received within these timeframes.

5. Ancillary Services

The following services may be requested by passengers:

  • Seat selection
  • Extra baggage
  • Meal selection
  • Upgrades
  • Lounge access
  • Preferred seating

These services are strictly non-refundable once purchased and are governed by the airline’s own policies and availability.

6. Check-in & Travel Requirements

  • Passengers must arrive at the airport 3 hours before international flights.
  • Passengers must arrive 2 hours before domestic flights.
  • Passengers should reconfirm flight details 72 hours before departure.

7. Travel Documentation

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation including:

  • Passport with at least 6 months validity
  • Required visas
  • Travel insurance (if required)
  • Health or vaccination documentation

We accepts no responsibility for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documentation.

We operates as a travel booking intermediary and call centre service provider.

We:

  • Do not own or operate airlines
  • Do not control airline operations

All airline services are provided under the airline’s own terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes
  • Cancellations
  • Aircraft changes
  • Seat removals
  • Operational decisions made by airlines

9. Payment Methods

  • Debit card payments: No surcharge
  • Business credit card payments: 2.5% non-refundable surcharge

For security purposes, we may request identity verification documents to confirm payment authenticity.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment, confirming a booking, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
